Short hours and they won't deliver packages to addresses more than a stones throw from the mailboxes. They LIE when they list the tracking status "delivery attempted" because they don't deliver! No, I have to go pick up packages I PAID to have delivered. When you go to the post office the additudes are unfriendly and rude. (Probably because so many customers are rightly pissed off to be there!) I got a slip in my box and made the trek over there on a Saturday morning - the note said it would be available to pickup before noon - and at 10 a.m. no one would answer the pickup door. It's WAR.
Recently I've had a package lost due to a new driver and today my mail showed up half burned and in a package with a "sorry for the inconvenience" letter. They need to either hire better people or fix this problem they seem to be having.
If it was possible to give less I would. Rude and LAZY employees. I am having everything changed to be mailed to a different physical address. Completely disgusted.
Overall this has been a good post office with good delivery. However, I've been getting other neighbors mail and today a neighbor gave me a bag of mail that was sent to him that was mine. No telling if my other neighbors received my mail and just tossed it. Lately this has been happening with a lot.
They actually deserve zero stars! I came to pick up a package yesterday at 1pm. The slip said it was available after 7am, but after trying to pick it up they said it was still on a truck. She said you have until noon to pick it up on Saturday. I came at 9:55am to pick it up today, 5 people deep was the line. Their hours say 10am. They seem to be under the impression that unlike any other job, you get to stop working 5 minutes till and don't have to help anyone that's been waiting. No one was helped. Terrible customer service!!! I'm sure there are a few great people that work here, but the majority I've encountered, either don't want to help at all or have a major attitude in doing so. I think it's time to clean house, because I know I'm not the even close to the only person that feels this way.
