Very friendly and professional. We requested a climate controlled storage unit. They didn't have any available, but they said they would set one aside for us if one came available. When we got there, indeed a climate controlled unit was available. They switched us over with no problem. Very nice, clean facility with good security.

I rented a unit while selling my house and building another. My time was tentative and was told I could rent month to month with a prorate for mid month move out. After moving out, cleaning the unit, turning in my paperwork and returning the keys I was never refunded my overpayment.
